Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, cut fabric cannot be returned unless faulty.

If you have received a fabric which you deem as faulty please get in touch within 7 working days of your order being dispatched.

Our fabrics are batch dyed so we always advise ordering samples before placing orders.

For all non-cut goods, we run an exchange only policy. If the item is returned we can either carry out an exchange or provide a credit note. You will be credited the amount for the goods minus delivery.

Shipping policy

If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. In some circumstances the driver may attempt a second delivery the following working day. If you are not there for the second delivery attempt, or you do not contact the delivery agent, the goods will be returned to us and you will be notified.
